Remember when 5G wireless was going to revolutionize the way we live? Well, turns out that wasn’t exactly true, especially when it comes to the way we run our buildings. Most smart buildings still use WiFi for their connectivity. Today we are looking at a promising new WiFi standard that might change our buildings much like we were promised that 5G would.

How Much Does it Cost to Get Out of an Antitrust Case, Apparently Around $70 million
The entire residential property industry has been waiting to what what the ultimate outcome will be of the commission-splitting lawsuits being hurled against large brokerages and real estate associations across the country. It all started in October last year when a jury sided with home sellers and awarded a shocking $1.8 billion of damages in the Sitzer/Butnett case in Missouri. After that, a landslide of copycat suits have been filled from Washington to Georgia.
The main defendant in the case, the National Association of Realtors, has vowed to appeal this verdict. Other defendants have chosen to settle and end the likely years-long legal battle. First
